Common questions

• The extension shows "backend error". Check that your organization hasn't hit its monthly generation quota (hub → plan display), then retry. If it persists, email us with the approximate time.
• Stale flags seem wrong. Stale is computed against Title, Description, and Acceptance Criteria changes only — Discussion comments don't count (by design). "Edited" means the test case text changed since generation.
• Which fields do you read? Only the story you invoke it on: title, description, acceptance criteria — plus the test cases the extension itself created.
• License key doesn't activate. Keys bind to one Azure DevOps organization on first use. If you're moving organizations, contact us to release the key.
